As we open our doors to guests and visitors from every corner of the country, we wanted to provide the inside scoop on the retail tenants joining our hotel. From sushi to spa services to locally sourced meals, there is something for everyone at Ironworks Hotel Indy!
Opening on September 12, 2017, this highly anticipated restaurant is the product of Cunningham Restaurant Group, a well-recognized restaurant group in Indianapolis, Ohio and Kentucky, known for eateries such as Stone Creek, Vida, Livery and more. Provision will offer a unique and community-focused experience for restaurant-goers, sourcing a large majority of their food from local farmers and artisans. Also joining Provision is the highly regarded Chef Layton Roberts.
This farm-focused restaurant will offer sweet treats from Zionsville, Indiana based My Sugar Pie and Confectioneiress and Lawrence, Indiana-based Sundae’s, to name a few. The menu will be heavier on steak than other Cunningham Restaurant Group eateries, sourcing meat from natural farms where cows aren’t administered hormones or antibiotics. A custom hamburger blend will also be crafted for the restaurant.
Other notables include seasonal menu items, a Cunningham Restaurant Group-owned greenhouse for vegetables, Marine Council sustainable-certified seafood from Fortune Fish & Gourmet and many other unique offerings.
Another Cunningham Restaurant Group eatery joining Ironworks Hotel Indy is Rize, a health-focused breakfast and lunch spot opening in early October. Like its counterpart Provision, Rize will source many food products from local farms and artisans. Strong emphasis will be placed on grains, juice and coffee bars, in-house made kombucha and more.
The fresh juice bar will offer a wide variety of flavors, while the Hubbards and Cravens coffee bar will feature an espresso machine sourced from Italy. More than eight different types of bread will also be available for patrons interested in unique toast toppings, such as ricotta and berries. For those on a tighter schedule, a grab-and-go section will be accessible, offering croissants, breakfast pastries and various breads, all made artisan-style daily.
While Rize’s social media presence is still under construction, you can follow their website for more information.

Unlike other massage spas, Massage Heights separates themselves with their belief that they are an integral part of a guest’s overall wellbeing. Similar to other healthy practices, such as exercise or healthy eating, Massage Heights operates on the mantra that regular massages are an important part of an individual’s lifestyle.
Bringing an experience that isn’t currently in the Indianapolis market, Massage Heights places guest experience above all else. Guests who visit the Ironworks Hotel Indy location of Massage Heights will also have the pleasure to experience the company’s 2.0 spa concept, which will include custom detail, open layout floorplans and a unique front desk setup. Upon visiting this location, guests will find that they are immediately greeted by Massage Heights team members in an open and guest-centered manner, utilizing iPads and an open front desk rather than in traditional, uninviting style.
Services offered at Massage Heights will include a variety of massages, ranging from deep tissue to couples to hot stone therapy. Various facial options will also be available for guests, including services tailored to anti-aging, sensitive skin, purifications and more.
As Massage Heights looks forward to their October opening, they are excited for their many community-based initiatives. Though they have not yet selected a local charity to focus on, they are sponsoring the Colts Cheerleaders this season – so if you’re lucky, you just might meet some at an upcoming event!
